How it works

A simple, four-step wills process

Whether you are planning a first will or updating an existing plan, the process is designed to be structured and straightforward.

1
Short introductory call

We start with a brief call to understand your situation, confirm that we can assist, and review which flat-fee option may fit. This call is for general information only and does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

2
Planning meeting with the lawyer

In a virtual or in-office meeting, we review your family, assets, beneficiaries, and any specific wishes. We also discuss options such as guardianship, charitable gifts, Islamic inheritance wishes, and multiple wills for business interests.

3
Drafting and review

Your documents are drafted and then reviewed with you in plain language. You can ask questions and request reasonable changes before anything is finalized.

4
Signing and next steps

We arrange a proper signing and discuss safe storage and when it may be appropriate to update your plan in the future.
